By registering on oxojob.com you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Clintelica AB ("Clintelica"), the data controller of oxojob.com. Clintelica AB is incorporated under the laws of Sweden, with its principal place of business at Forumvägen 14, 13153, Nacka, Sweden, company registration number 556744-0168.
When you become an oxojob.com user you are individually bound by this Agreement even if your license is payed or sponsored by a company or a legal entity.
Please read this Agreement carefully. It sets out the terms and conditions under which Clintelica offers you to use its Services as defined below in paragraph 1 of this Agreement by means of oxojob.com and any other oxojob websites (the "Website"). By using any of the Services and/or the Website you agree that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Clintelica’s Privacy Policy which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”) and that they shall apply to your use. If you do not wish to be bound by the Agreement, please do not register or use the Website and/or the Services. Clintelica reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time without notice to you. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current terms because they are binding on you.
If you have an account and you do not agree with this User Agreement, you should close your account by sending an email to info@oxojob.com. We will remove your records from our servers in maximum 7 days from your request.
This website is aimed only at individuals, i.e. jobseekers. Any usage for corporate or revenue generation purposes is strictly forbidden.
By means of the Website, Clintelica AB makes available an on-line recruitment and employment information service by putting together jobs from public or non-public sources for which the employers (job publishers) mandated Clintelica AB through its brand Oxojob to headhunt candidates. (the “Services”).
The Services are available on the World Wide Web on the completion of the registration section of the Website including confirmation that the relevant terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
About the services: the oxojob account for candidate enables you to view jobs mached according to skills, offers the ability to flag interest in the jobs, to get booked at interviews phone or face to face interviews, communicate with the personal job agent and/or with the employers.
Furthermore the oxojob account for candidates gives you access to a personal job agent who will help you with target job definition, job search/match, interview booking and follow up with the various employers.
Clintelica reserves the right to change the Website and the Services at its discretion and without notice to you. Any changes to the Services and/or the Website, including releases of new features, tools or resources, shall be subject to this Agreement.
In consideration of your use of the Services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Services' registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You represent and warrant that you are entitled to submit the information and that the information is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Clintelica has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Clintelica has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
You acknowledge and agree that Clintelica shall have a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, assignable, sublicenseable, fully paid up and royalty-free right to collect, store, remove, prepare derivative works of, improve, remove, process, analyze or in any other way use any information you provide Clintelica directly or indirectly for the purpose of the Services. All information Clintelica collects from you will be processed as provided for in the Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that any information you submit to Clintelica is at your own risk of loss. Clintelica may also gather information from your use of the Websites and/or the Services through "cookies". Cookies are blocks of text placed in files on your computer's hard drive when you visit a website which contains information to identify you.
You will have chosen a username and password upon completing the Services’ registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username as well as your password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur on your account. You agree to immediately notify Clintelica of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Clintelica cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.
You acknowledge and agree that we may access, keep, and disclose any other information you provide in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy if required to do so by the law.
Clintelica reserve the right to processes or distribute aggregated data, such as statistics or trends in which case an oxojob user is not identifiable.
Clintelica reserves the right to delete your account and all of your information after a significant duration of inactivity.
You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account and that if you cancel your user account or your user account is terminated, all your account information may be deleted from Clintelica’s databases.
Clintelica reserves the right to withhold, remove or discard any content available as part of your account, with or without notice if deemed by Clintelica to be in violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Services that Clintelica offers to candidates or job seekers are free of charge.
Clintelica does not grant any license or other authorization to use any of its trademarks, product names, company names or logos or any of its copyright works or other intellectual property rights by placing them on or making them available by means of the Website or the Services.
You are not allowed to copy, save, reproduce or transfer webpages in their totality or integral search results, as these pages or outputs include not only public information from other sources but also output of proprietary algorithms of Clintelica.
All information, data, text, software, photographs, graphics, video, messages, links to third party sites or other materials ("Content"), included in and/or on the Website, the Services and/or in any other information or service made available on or by the Website and/or the Services has been so made available for guidance only. Your use of the Content is therefore entirely at your own risk. Clintelica does a manual control of the Content on the Website; however Clintelica makes no representations or warranties whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Content on the Website and/or the Services. Clintelica makes no representations or warranties whatsoever that the Website contains all jobs or that all jobs are correctly indexed. You acknowledge that Clintelica is not responsible for third party Content on the Website and that Clintelica cannot ensure that material presented on the Internet is legal. The Service may contain links to third party websites. These links are for your convenience only and Clintelica is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third party website. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. You also acknowledge that by pressing the “Apply“ button on the Website you are only redirected to a third party website and you are not applying for any job. Clintelica makes no representations or warranties whatsoever about the functionality and reliability of the “Apply” button and that by pressing the “Apply” button you are redirected to a third party site. In case you are redirected to a third party site Clintelica makes no representations or warranties whatsoever that the link you are directed to by pressing the “Apply” button is the correct link or that the link is working properly.
You acknowledge that Clintelica is not responsible for any Content entered, uploaded or saved by any user.
Clintelica makes all efforts to ensure that the Website and the Services functions properly, but Clintelica makes no representations or warranties whatsoever for the Website or the Services, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, warranties that the Website or the Services are free of errors or operates without interruption or that the Website and/or the Content, including any links on the Website are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties.
Clintelica may at any time and from time to time modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. In case of discontinuation of the Services Clintelica cannot guarantee that the information you provided to Clintelica through the Website has been saved.
Except to the extent otherwise provided under mandatory provisions of applicable law, but notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in the Agreement, at law or otherwise, Clintelica shall under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, including damages resulting from lost employment opportunity, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the Services and/or the Website, even if Clintelica has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Website and/or the Services results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Under no circumstances will Clintelica be liable in any way for any Content on the Website or on any third party website that the Services directed you to, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Clintelica harmless for all damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable fees of attorneys and other professionals) incurred as a result of the breach of obligations under this Agreement and/or your use of the Website and/or Services.
You may terminate this Agreement, for any or no reason, at any time, with notice to oxojob. The termination of your account will be effective upon oxojob processing your notice. Termination of your oxojob account includes disabling your access to oxojob.com. If you have a sponsored license and the party paying for your oxojob+ premium account may decide not to extend your premium license, your access to any oxojob+ premium services will be terminated. Clintelica, in its sole discretion, has the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your account without notice, for any reason and at any time. Such termination shall be effective immediately and will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the deletion of all Content on your account. If you have an oxojob+ account and fail to pay the applicable fee your oxojob+ account shall be terminated at the end of the subscription period and your account shall become a free account.
Any notice under this Agreement shall be in writing and may be delivered by courier, sent by registered airmail letter, telefacsimile or electronic mail. Notices to Clintelica shall be made at: Clintelica AB, Forrumvägen 14, 131 53, Nacka, Sweden or via email to info@oxojob.com.
Clintelica reserves the right to assign or transfer all or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any other third party. In the event of assignment or transfer, notification will either be given to you by e-mail or posted on the Website.
Failure or neglect by either party to exercise or enforce any right conferred shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such right nor operate so as to bar that exercise or enforcement thereof or of any other right on any later occasion.
If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof would at any time be in conflict with any law or regulation compulsorily applicable to this Agreement, such provision, or part thereof, shall be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Clintelica and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Clintelica. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. This Agreement and the relationship between you and Clintelica shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.

Anyone who uses the Services needs to have an account. We collect personal information in the following ways:
The purpose why we store information about you and your usage of our system is to better help you in your job searching activity.
Clintelica does not sell information about you to third parties. We do not disclose any of your private data to advertisers.
Whereas your profile is not visible by other regular users, the information in your profile or in the CV and other documents you voluntarily share with us may become visible if you voluntary wish to share it with specific companies or in general with all recruiters by expressing interest in one, several or all jobs we propose to you. By default, your profile is not visible by anyone else than you. Your personal job agent has access to your full profile.
We do not disclose your personal data in the profile to other third parties than the companies which mandated us to headhunt for them in the way above mentioned in 1. Information collected by oxojob.com, Clintelica does not share information about you unless this is necessary to deliver some of our functionalities through an external supplier. When this happens, our third party suppliers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are committed to respect Clintelica’s private data policy.
Access to the Website is password-protected and sensitive data is protected by SSL encryption when data is exchanged between your web browser and Clintelica. We also offer secure https access to the website.
We continuously monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities. However the Internet is not a 100% secure environment therefore there is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of measures.
Protect the security of your login information is your responsibility.
oxojob keeps your information as long as your account is active. It is possible to keep parts of information after you close your account if it is necessary to meet legal obligations or regulatory requirements.
It is also possible that some of our third party suppliers may store information for data integrity and security reasons on their servers, longer than Clintelica’s data storage policy specified in this document.
Clintelica communicates with you via email or notifications on the website. We may send you emails about the availability of our services or features, security or about other topics related to the services we offer.
The messages we send you are: (1) welcome messages - when you register; (2) messages about availability of the website and features; (3) job opportunities and information from companies that are hiring; (4) booking notifications. (5) other customed emails, sms messages or phone calls from your job agent when your input is needed to find job opportunities for you or to book you to interviews.
We may modify the Privacy Policy from time to time. When that happens we will notify you through the website or via email.
